Delivery of Your Chinology UK Package

COVID-19 Information:

Our logistics center ensures the shipment of your orders. Hygiene measures have been implemented for several weeks to guarantee the protection of your health, in accordance with the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the government.

Delivery times have been extended to 35 working days to comply with the hygiene measures imposed by the government at our logistics center. These delays are also linked to the reduction in the number of La Poste staff in offices or in the field. We apologize for this inconvenience.

How Much Does Delivery Cost?

Delivery costs vary from country to country and according to the type of delivery selected. For example, delivery is free in France.


Customs Fees

Depending on your place of residence, and more specifically in the DOM TOM, Andorra, and Monaco, customs fees may be requested by your delivery agent and are in no way dependent on our will.


Additional Charges at the Time of Order

Some banks charge additional fees for your online purchases. These fees vary from a few cents to £5 and are proportional to the amount of your order and are beyond our control. When you place an order on our website, we only receive the amount indicated at the time of payment.

If you notice an additional charge for your purchase on our site, please contact your bank. In some cases, it is possible to get a refund.

Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges:

If your Chinology UK scale is not to your liking, you have a 30-day withdrawal period. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. If this is your case, please contact us at info@uk-chinology.com.

On the other hand, if your Chinology UK brush has a manufacturing defect or an anomaly not related to misuse, we will exchange it. You have 30 days after receiving your connected scale to contact us.

  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • High-Value Items: If you are shipping an item worth more than £75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.

  • Use of the 24k Gold Serum and Collagen Masks in the "Premium Pack" and "Luxury Pack":

    The use of these two products (the 24k gold serum and the collagen masks) may cause burning, itching, allergic reactions, or discomfort if your skin does not support the product.

    Both products should be used with extreme caution and are not suitable for children under 15 years of age, people with sensitive skin, or those who have had a skin problem or disease that could cause an adverse reaction to the product.
